Changes to the program builder incentives have been requested and are currently pending approval by the Utah Public Service Commission. If approved, these changes will continue to help builders of ENERGY STAR homes be more competitive in the changing marketplace. The changes will be formally announced and implemented upon approval by the Utah Public Service Commission.

The requested changes include:

• Increased incentives for tier 1 and tier 3 ENERGY STAR homes
  
  
• Increased lighting measure incentives
  
  
• Increased multifamily incentives
